LO3 Risk assessment
LO3 Risk assessment
We need to create a risk assessment as it helps us identify what kinds of risks there will be throughout the location of where we will shoot our documentary and will then help us to avoid these risks. While we are filming and setting the location up for our documentary we need to be sure that the surroundings are safe for the different participants to use. The possible risks that could occur are things like making sure that no-one falls over near the steps or near tables, because these things have bags around them and f we need to climb the stairs we need to make sure that the cameraman and other actors don't trip because the tripod, when extended, is very tall and might catch on the edge of the steps. To make sure this is prevented as well as other risks we will make sure that after every shot we will close the tripod and other equipment, when moving locations.

LO3 Permissions
Normally when filming you are supposed to make an agreement with the owner/manager of the location so that the location can be used as a set. However, since our documentary is based in our own school location we do not need to make an agreement.
